Will Meyrick

A pioneer of the food realm, chef Will Meyrick has built a reputation on pushing boundaries. The restaurateur’s career has led him from London to Sydney, through to South East Asia and now Perth, where he is settled at Leederville's Will St. After lengthy stints in Australia working at two of Sydney’s leading restaurants, Longrain and Jimmy Liks, Will settled in Bali via Thailand and Hong Kong, establishing the Sarong Group, which oversees award-winning restaurants Sarong, Mama San and more. Will St is Meyrick's celebration of the spices, scents and sounds of Southeast Asian cooking with an emphasis on snacking, sharing and fruit-driven cocktails, all made with local ingredients.
